The way that I read this story is that the reduction to 10% is for reciprocal tariffs. Those are the tariffs that the USA and China were applying against each other after Trump's dumb ass started this crap.

I couldn't find anything regarding the initial tariffs that were applied. They literally flew all the way to Switzerland to remove stuff that Trump could have removed sitting in Washington DC. The man is an idiot.

It's May have you seen one piece of news stating Congress has sent anything over for Trump to sign? They literally haven't done anything. This. Add to it the source of raw materials to even begin manufacturing. Before barkin up the tariff tree we need to incentivize making our own source materials (ABS plastics, rubber, silicone, metals, fabrics, etc.) which alone will take years.
