After watching End Game, I don't know how I feel about this.

One of the things that helped the show gain momentum was the fact that it meshed with the MCU. Civil War basically saved the TV show. Once Hydra went down, they focused on the Inhumans which was probably their best season. After that, it was LMD and Ghost Rider. After those story arcs closed, they started pulling shyt out of their asses. Last season was meh. But at least Coulson got a proper send off.

Now he's back. And I'm not really feeling the direction they're taking. I'll try to watch I guess

I wish the show was still connected to the MCU. Especially with Endgame happening. The ball was definitely dropped on this. That being said, I’m in it for the long haul.

The show isnt the same anymore. It's too over the top. Last season was on some other shyt. Hell, the Kree had time travel long before the Avengers.

This show was supposed to be mostly local and international threats. Now it's basically a science fiction show.

I'm only in it for Daisy and Jemma at this point.

The show isnt the same anymore. It's too over the top.

Its marvel. Its best season was over the top (4) and is rightfully considered to be great on its own and one of the best marvel has put out. And realistically the show as always over the top. It just coincided with winter soilder in season 1 which was clearly planned.

Back in season 3 shield still had the money and resources to build that level of tech for Coulsons arm.

But in season 5 they came right out of the future into an old shield base and it was straight up said that they didn't have enough resources to do the same thing they did for Coulson which is why Mack had to go and take one of the robot goons the superior controlled and use it to replace yoyo's arms. At the end of the day tho, her arms are comic book accurate so it's not a big deal.
