Agree/Disagree: If the first 2 songs on an album are the two "hit" singles, the album usually sucks

I will say this usually pertains to a NEW artist moreso than an established artist.

If the first 2-3 songs are the "hit" singles, the rest of the album is usually a complete letdown.

Well.. fukkin Problems was a 2x plat hit..Wild For The Night is Gold...

And I think they were 2 of the weakest songs on Asap Rockys debut and like/love 12 out of 16 of the tracks.

Also, Asap Fergs album was good, in my opinion as well and two of the singles werent "hits" but both have like 20 mil youtube views and i enjoy his album a lot.

So no, i cant agree.

Not man albums have that 2/3.Usually the second or third song is a single and 5-8 is that second single.
