Mobb Deep is the epitome of hiphop. I don't understand why they're not universally loved, probably because they don't have the hipster sensitivities of the Wu or Kast or commercial success.

Agree 100%. I left out HNIC & Return of the Mac simply because that makes it clearly lopsided (aside from those two being solos, but we won't get technical). It's fine to say you don't like em but for someone to say they aren't top 10 is blasphemy.
Things have changed... a lot of people who hold opinion these days aren't old enough to have one on certain topics. A lot of people on these forums were only old enough to start listening to hip-hop in their own zone by the time Infamy came out... so their opinion would obviously be flawed.
