His act wouldn't be as stale as it is now, we'd probably like his selling a lot more, and his promos would probably be rated higher since he has a lot more charisma than some of the other upper-midcard guys.

Dolph is like Woody from Toy Story. 5 years ago he was the hardcore fans' favorite, but now newer and shinier toys have come along and replaced him. Guys like Owens, Rollins, and Cesaro have all taken most of the buzz that Dolph use to have. His claim to fame was being one of the top workers in the company, but now there are guys that are better than him in the ring and he doesn't really have anything else to fall back on to stay relevant.
