Yet somehow they continue to come up with excellent stories for the character in comics despite being all thatWell unfortunately if you make a movie about Batman as he really is (flawless, fearless, perfect mind, supreme confidence, supreme willpower, uncanny deduction skills, scientific brilliance, uncompromising discipline, unyielding spirit)... you don't really have a lot of places to go as it pertains to a character arc. Which is cool for comics and cartoons and shyt like that cause of their long episodic nature but for a 2 hour self contained movie I think people wanna see the main character make some kind of emotional journey before it's all over.
Unless of course you go the Bond route.

Just betrayed too much of the character for me. NO WAY is Bruce quitting being Batman for anything unless he absolutely couldn't do it anymore from a physical standpoint and just because he lost a woman he loved? This is the same man who lost his parents and became Batman. Lost his Robin and went twice as hard to fight crime harder than before. I know a lot of cats on here don't like the Marvel movies and I too have some issues with them but they're always true to the character and the character motivations. Batman's detective skills were piss poor in most of those flicks
at them whitewashing dude.
at Batman fighting in the street in broad daylight. I'm glad Nolan's done and that hyper-realistic shyt is over with. I want that superhero Batman not
Batman.
who are you?
