the issue is that doctors will make less under a single payer system...that is something they (government) are going to have to address.
Not many people are going to want to go into 6 figure debt and take that pay cut.

Thats the issue doctors have w/ Obama care...they end up having to see a lot more patients in order to make the same (often times less) amount they were before.

Already you see doctors who go completely private and only take care of rich clients (people pay a flat fee per year of like $25,000 - $50,000, and pay cash).
