This needs further investigation. Happy that those pigs got 3 years, but I cannot shake the feeling that they are part of a larger group.
Unless they were looking forward to throwing away their lives, something gave them the confidence that they would get away with murder. You can argue that they put too much stock in their white privilege but I don't think that is enough for a group of people to think they could get away with hunting someone and then killing them.
My feeling is that someone assured them before the murder was committed that they would get away with.
They need to carry out a thorough investigation on all of their associates, how much time they spent to get, who those associates are connected with, exchange of money etc.
The purpose should be establishing a link between the DA who decided to close the case down.
If they are part of an organisation, look to charge each and every single one of them with conspiracy to commit murder.

Sorry not Sorry. Won't be celebrating this travesty of Justice. F*ck them. I don't really consider this justice because the spit on Ahmaud's grave by doing nothing for months. This was Black America putting our foot on their necks. These White Supremacist blew Ahmaud away in Broad Daylight. Got to go home for over 2 months and chill with no repercussions. The fact they got to breathe free air for months is why America continues to be a racist a$$ Country. White Supremacy is bigger than these Redneck good ol boys. It's a SYSTEM that allowed this to occur. America will always be a racist Country because things like this are still happening to Black People. And Law enforcement, Lawyers, Prosecutors and Judges are all on code to make sure it continues. The Judge gets Zero Props from me because again they are only doing this because we demanded it. If this was a real justice system instead of a White Supremacy one....it would of happen automatically not after Black America forced the issue. Yes it's an L they got life and harsh sentences but we still lost this battle.
Ahmaud could still be hunted down just like he was in the 1950's by the Klan. They don't even need to wear hoods anymore. The State of Georgia doesn't get props for this. All the people that allowed this in that department needs to be arrested and the department needs to be shutdown period. How can anyone expect justice from a Department that allowed this? This was a real lynching and the good old boys had the entire system have their backs. LOL @ "Citizens Arrest", that's just another racist law to police Black People. Not surprised he was a former Cop, of course. That's why they all had his back and let them go home for murder. They passed the video around just like the White Supremacist used to do with pictures of our hangings. This demonic hatred of Blacks is far from dead and is very alive. This is why after the Civil War Blacks were "Free" but still terrorized for another Century. This Country is still rotten to the core with White Supremacy and racism. Only Black America is going to end it because we've been fighting it for over Four Centuries. This is an eternal battle that continues generation after generation. America's Reckoning will happen. I was reading this entire case from the day the recording got out. I was so pissed at how these cases usually ended up, with the MURDERERS of black people always ended up walking free. shyt made me so angry, that if I try to respond, it would throw every aspect of my life off, but still, I insisted on reading it as these CACs murdered Aubrey as an animal. That was why in the OG thread, I had to get everything in order, mentally, to even read that thread and I could not respond.
All this case made me realize, is that justice has to be demanded as black people. Nothing less. Every step of the way. I bet you that the judge felt more dread from the potential backlash from black people, than the CACs if a "not guilty" verdict was made. All the jury and judge was FORCED to do, was give that guilty verdict because, let's be serious, black people would simply accelerate the demise of America if they made us any angrier (if that's even possible). If you consider this as a victory, its a very bittersweet one. It should be STANDARD to throw the book on any racist CAC that killed an innocent unarmed black person, not the EXCEPTION. Our mental conditioning of seeing CACs getting away with injustice as a regular thing has to change. Treat every instance of racism against black people as a threat to our existence, despite how exhausting it might be. 400+ years of slavery and oppression of this sick experiment called America, makes me sick to my stomach, and this case is the latest reminder that white domination simply cannot last any longer. They failed, over and over and over again.
@Rapmastermind really made me think coherently and cohesively on the justice system, in this thread. A system like this has to be totally remade, and yeah, it has to be outsourced by other countries overseeing America doing this.
