Yeah we gotta deal with racism, but there comes a time where folks gotta quit using it as the reason for all setbacks and look at their own actions. Hell, folks like Farooq and Booker T were in the biz longer than he was, and have solidified themselves as big household names and legends in the biz cuz they worked their asses off. Same thing as the Rock, much as people like to shyt on him for being "ambiguous" and safe, hes still a man of color and is one of the hardest working cats in the entertainment biz, let alone wrestling. Now hes a footnote complaining, thats on him.

Backstage politics from Shawn hurted him. Shawn was a drug addict crybaby back then and had Vince wrapped around his finger.

The injuries did the most damage however. He would get a push then get hurt, return months later, get another push, get another injury, etc.

He got flabby n sick quick towards his way out and was shell of himself in WCW.
