:childplease:It was done for shock value and comedic effect, like you see in comedy shows. Vince is talking to Cena, spuds( fist bumps him), asks "what's good in the hood", then as he leaves says "keep it up my nikka" to Cena when Booker T and Sharmel are conveniently standing behind him, does his power walk which leads to Booker's trademark reaction and phrase "tell me he didn't just say that" ,:heh: of course it was planned and scripted as it was clearly situational humor with Vince using the "pretty fly for a white boy"(a White person acting "urbanlyblack") trope.

Reminds of the segments where Shelton Benjamin told Yoshi Totsu to stand back or he would call Godzilla and when JBL went to the U.S border to prevent illegal Mexicans from crossing the border :deadmanny:.

They've always done highly offensive/stereotypical gimmicks and spots.

man i loved that jbl messican border thing, me and the guys laughed at that for weeks, ahhh the good ol days

That's just DANJ breh...He always makes excuses and defends everything WWE does no matter what.

Not true breh... I criticize them on shyt that's worthy of criticism, I just don't fake outrage or act upset about things I'm not really outraged or upset about. And shyt like that Cena/Vince/Booker skit ain't nothin' to be mad about. Like I said, if a nikka's really gonna take offense to that, I'd hate to see how your heart would hold up over other shyt from years prior when the world was WAY less sensitive than it is now. I remember Piper and Orton whipping Mr. T with a belt while Ventura remarked "this looks like a scene from 'Roots Pt. 2'"... or Piper saying Mr. T "wears more chains than his ancestors"... or that clip of Valentine telling JYD he was gonna rub JYD's "nasty black face" into the mat... and Harley Race telling Ron Simmons that when he was champ "I had boys like you carryin my bags". And that's just the 80s/early-90s, so I can only imagine how much shyt was said in the 60s/70s. By comparison, Vince sayin' "keep it up my nikka!" in a skit where he's supposed to be tryin' to talk "hip-hop" to Cena to come off cool ain't nothin' but some lightweight shyt nikkas got ass-hurt about and talk about for years on end. Just like the fake outrage about black wrestlers playing "stereotypical roles", like every race in wrestling doesn't play stereotypical roles. I wonder how many Samoans are finally glad to see a couple of their people NOT playing savages from the jungle.

Is that Steve?

I dont think shane and vince were trying to be racist, i cant speak for them but i know they liked making characters so having a gangbanger liike character isnt racist to them, they were just trying to do something kool and wild, just a creative thing tbh.

but vince and them should of found out who fuked up his car, thats not nice man, if i was vince i wouldnt tolerate that in my company.
:dahell: you caping hard as heck for vince.

How is that creative or even remotely original.

lmao if you think Vince did this because hes racist

:dead:

it might be poor taste, but he did that for comedy. i feel sorry if that really offended anyone. obviously booker was cool with it or he wouldnt have done it

:wtf: definitely poor taste. Dude was mocking the heck out of black people with that power strut.
that smug Vince look after he said it leads me to believe that shyt wasn't planned. I guess Booker being there it means it could have been planned but I could see a script like this

Vince comes out greets Cena
Cena responds
Vince gives exit reply
Vince then walks past Booker and Wife
Booker says "did he just say that"
/scene

I remember seeing that shyt on tv and wondering "why the fukk was that done", it ain't have shyt to do with anything and it came off as a way for a cac to say nikka on national television in front of another nikka. shyt just seemed funny and given the track record of Vince and WWF/E fell in line with their "racist" shyt. Either way I don't give a fukk but you can't deny that shyt looked suspect as hell. Why we ain't have Henry call Cena a cac or honky who want's to be black when he was heelin shyt up?
sounds about right :smh:
Vinny had rodney stomping white dudes out on Raw

"The following is a 5 minute, double Whiteboy challenge" :dead:

wth is. :snoop:

Are you black?
Seriously I refuse to anyone opinion seriously on this matter if they aren't black....
The Vince comment still rubs me the wrong way watching that clip. :dahell:
Yeah bro I feel you.
