This comes before a PPV match between 1-2-3 Kid and Razor Ramon (aka "The Crybaby Match"). Here we have a newly heel 1-2-3 Kid being managed by Ted Dibiase, vs Ahmed Johnson. Vince talks up Ahmed quite a bit, with Jim Ross and Todd Pettengill also on commentary. The whole video is 6 minutes, but the match itself is only like 2, due to a lot of standing and posing and facial expressions Ahmed tosses Kid around for awhile, and Kid gets some offense in, like 17 karate kicks. fukkery (>>>>) ensues as Jeff Jarrett fails on his initial interference, then causes a DQ. Razor Ramon chases him until Kid washes him with a guitar, and that's that. Just a whole vid of fukkery, echoing the sentiments that fukkery and storylines > aimless wrestling. Fantastic crowd too.
