There is always something you can have drawn up but you'd need someone to serve as a watchdog to follow through on any necessary litigation. You won't be able to personally for obvious reasons. They'll likely want payment up front. And it better be a childhood friend because if they don't follow through you can't do shyt about it for obvious reasons.

And AI is so new some of the laws around it are murky. It's growing faster than precedents can be set on its usage.

Yeah a lawyer. Low-key there could be an industry in a few years where people make a payment and lawyers just send cease and desist letter for unapproved use of image and likeness. Though the odds of it happening to most people is low it depends. AI images/video could become so prevalent there is a real market for this.
