AI got me nervous....gonna take away so many people's careers

the overall objective of these major corporations investing so heavily into AI is strictly to replace their human workforce, there’s no ’learning’ your way around it, they don’t want to pay your insurance and retirement, or worry about unions, etc.

All the examples people give about not working about AI are such false equivalencies "before such & such people did such & such. The point is each advancement led to a different job. shyt is now getting replaced by prompts, Prompts!

It’s 2025. There’s too much information out there for people to still be relying on old ways. Horse to water. What did people do before jobs existed? They figured it out.

Before the internet, all business as done in brick and mortar stores and malls.

That’s over.

Before AI you had to have payroll cover several positions or spend all of your time doing everything for your business.

That’s over.

Adapt or be one of those people hoping the car never puts an end to your horseshoe job.

I’m still figuring things out myself. I’m not ready to start teaching, but… there are several YouTube videos out there AND just download some apps, sign up for some trials and start learning.

What I’ve accomplished in 6 months with AI would’ve taken me years and tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to get done a decade ago. If you can imagine it, it can be done. ANYTHING. The only limit is your imagination at this point. Pick a problem you can solve and make money solving and get busy.

Since i made this thread my mindset changed a little. Yeah its gonna automate some jobs, but some new opportunities will be proivded to. If its gonna make life harder for me in some ways, imma put it to use for me to help compensate for that
