You do realize this is the exact opposite of what you say when you're comparing Kobe to Jordan, LeBron, etc, right?

Prior to last season Kobe's true shooting percentage was like 55.6% and MJ was 56.9%/

AI was at 51% for his career. Please don't compare them. That is a gulf in distance.

If he wants to quantify those differences and work them into his argument, that's fine, but right now he is using the exact same argument against AI that he uses in favor of Kobe in other discussions.

AI WAS THE SIXERS OFFENSE. You know without a doubt he's getting the ball. He doesn't have a legitimate second offensive threat except Aaron Mckie. So he's 5'10 the main source of offense u know he's getting double with NO RELIEF besides relying on scoring in transition and Aaron Mckie. All that and he still manages to score and get wins. And was usually top 10 in assist so miss me with the selfish talk. ai had to chuck .Especially when u have kobe who we just witnessed chuck bad three after bad three up when he actually has better teammates than ai ever had save for Melo. Even with all that Y'all acting like it's this no brainer And ppl are bugging saying ai is better. You put Ai on that Lakers team and the shyt woulda been unfair.

Iverson played in the Eastern conference when it was beyond awful and Kobe played in the West.

Iverson has more scoring titles, because he shot a lot. For most of his career he was a 39% shooter. He was never a better scorer than Kobe.

I find it ironic Kobe Stans of all people are using Field Goal percentage to criticize Iverson.........

Just look at the comparison year that AI people are looking at (2001). Kobe averaged 33,7,7 on 51% while playing great defense against San Antonio in the West Finals. Iverson would never get that productive all around. This is laughable.

iverson did a lot...i mean eric snow hitting down a jumper from 15 feet was an asccomplishment during that playoff run cuz teams kept leaving him open. Everyone was like snow needs to knocked down his shot more often.

And the the ref liks shaq offensivley foul mutumbo on the regular! mutumbo got busted all up in the mouf and head to come of one of the games at some point.
