She'll win easily but I agree that this is kind of a trap election: after she wins she's fukked. Let's assume dems retake the Senate but republicans keep the House, with a smaller margin than last time. Divided government would make it impossible for her to get any of her agenda done. Meaning she'll be compromising even more than Obama did in 09. I can see her getting tax reform done but you can kiss universal pre-k/free college/infrastructure spending/etc good bye lol.

Plus the seeds have been laid for republicans to declare her an illegitimate president. The republican base is crazy and thinks she should be in jail, just like they think Obama is a Muslim who hates America. They're going to attack any republican who dares work with her, meaning that we'll return to obstruction.

Her only hope is that Trump sinks the party so much that democrats can either win the House or get within 5-10 seats.

HRC had no intention of doing any of that shyt anyway. Sanders forced here there. She now has the excuse that her hands are tied.

Dems controlled Congress in 2009 and 2010

Dems had 59 seats for most of 09 while Franken's win was disputed in Minnesota. Obama still had to compromise with conservative/southern democrats too. Luckily those types have been wiped out for the most part. Whereas democrats had complete control of the House and Pelosi got everything she wanted done.

Hillary will have to deal with Paul Ryan, who cannot control the House. He's too nice and eventually will be brought down by the insanity going on there.
