hornets are really doing anything to unload that EG contract I see. I wonder if the bulls could get austin rivers thrown in if they gave the hornets deng for EG.

I guess they just had to much pride to let him go to the Suns as a FA last year:yeshrug:

Watching the Pelicans last year, dude still seemed disconnected from the team

if i was the celtics i wouldnt even trade bradley for gordon :merchant:

We'll have to see what happens when Rondo gets back in all honesty. Bradley gave us next to nothing on offense this year. Having Gordon would give us another nice dimension on offense though. We'd need someone who creates his own shot, Bradley cant do that.

Having Gordon would give us another body to put on the IL. Keep him and his fragile ankles away from this team.

during the season when i thought they still had a chance i didnt want to see Pierce go but after seeing the playoffs how lackluster the Celtics were and how flabby Pierce got it changed my mind. he will forver be a Celtic to me but i have since realized it may be time to move on

but if he goes somewhere else and he does that and he comes up short and he doesnt get his title and he turned his back on the Celtics and he is out of a contract then it all makes it out to be a bad situation i think he should try and avoid because lets say he goes to another team and lets be real here only Miami is gonna win and he isnt going to go there so lets be real he is basically getting traded to no where and then what he isnt a celtics anymore and he has an astorick next to his name when he could have just stayed with the celtics and been the one team all career guy and then he could hold his head high instead of going out chasing glory when in reality he already had glory in 2008 so i think its in his best interest to just suck it up and continue to wear green because it will make him look so much better going into the hall of fame and lets be real here it will be so unfair to Garnett to ditch him because Garnett will be all by himself when all his pals jumped ship and you know Garnett hold grudges so then he might try elbow pierce one night going to the rim and that could end Pierce career not only on a losing squad but by injury and who in their right mind wants to see that happen because i think the moral of the story is feel good for what you have because no matter what Pierce is a champion and a top notch sure hall of fame Celtic and he used to play on horrible teams in the past so its not like he doesnt know how to cope with losing and i think if he looks back years later he will say he is glad he stayed and glad he wore green and i heard from my cousin that he is a inspiration to the teammates so if he leaves he will leave the young guys in disary and leaving Garnett to deal with all the cows as a lone cowboy is no fair

I said he'd be a good look IF he were healthy. Did you miss that post?

Breh, I wasn't necessarily addressing you. I was venting to everyone. But, yes, IF he's healthy then I agree with bringing him on board. His history with injuries tells a different story, though.
