Some but the point is you have a better chance of finding a woman your age that likes you instead of a young woman in her prime when you’re a old man

It depends on your age. If you in your 30's, your chance of finding a woman who like you does not change whether the woman is 30 or 25. In extreme cases, you right. If you 50, 60 or 70, you chance of finding love in a 20 yo women are almost non existent.
But under, it depends on your look.
If you in your early forties and can't genuinely attract women in their 20's, it just mean you flabby or a bum.
A man who has the mean (physically and financially) to attract younger broads will go wit those. If you can't, stay out the way cause you will trick, unless you don't care. Some cats ain't looking for love.

Where do you think these female millionaires spend their time that they would even have the opportunity to date a bus driver? Would the bus driver approach them, and ask for their number? Why do y’all think women have so many good options to choose from?
