Thought this thread was about sneakers.
They will run your background investigation at the ccf so it's best to be up front...the local records check the recruiter can help but the national records check if it's in the system it will show up....
Are the fines paid and how long ago was it.

Na the fine isn't payed yet I'm about to go to court. I'm asking if I'll be forever excluded.
You may have to hold your ship date until the case is over and for a set amount of time....I take it that its a low class midemeanor offense right?
