I have. Cartegena is tiny. It could be filled with tourists but because of how small it is, I feel the volume isnt as high despite the concentration being higher. I could be wrong. Not gonna make a big deal about you saying otherwise.

It sounds weird to say, but you shouldn’t have to record everything. Most of these properties on Airbnb aren’t the “primary residence” of the owner so it’s like bare bones items. At least those are the only ones I like to use. But if it’s a white dude who lives there most of the time and is throwing it up on Airbnb while he goes overseas. I’d be hesistant to use it

Some people live in their Air B&B houses put up the extra rooms. Nobody is leaving a bunch of people that they don't know in their house without a camera. People don't even trust babysitters that they know personally.
