Pass interference needs to be a reviewable play that coaches can challenge. Even if they just give coaches ONE pass interference (or holding) challenge per game.

In recent years the amount of games that have been decided by very questionable pass interference calls is ridiculous. It's getting to the point now to where certain receivers are getting calls simply based on their popularity and not what actually happened on the play.
