Yeah, I get people talking about not complaining about being undefeated and all that, but for one, the games have probably been a little too competitive against teams they should be washing, and it's easy to draw the connection to offense being pretty vanilla until they're backed into a corner and absolutely need to mix it up. Especially when you have cases like the Rams game where it suggests that QB talent and ability isn't necessarily the issue here.

The other is that he flip side to all that being a good teammate and shutting up about your production stuff is that that same lack of production is going to be tossed back in his face when he enters the years without guaranteed money, and they come with what they see as justification to ask him to take a pay cut or move on. Can't really blame a player for at least wanting a chance to earn the money they're being paid, knowing what's likely coming.

What teams they should be washing?

In other threads the Rams are the best NFC team and the Chiefs are going back to the Super Bowl.

Tampa Bay and Dallas always play Philly tough.

They are 4-0 against a gauntlet that no one expected them to do so well against.

Bro.. this is why im happy the Bills dont have a PRIMETIME #1..

Force feeding wideouts gets your QB picks..

And then they bytch when they dont get enough.. I get it.. WR is a dependent role.. but.. yall just won the SB.. you got paid.. why complain..
He got his ring and now he needs stats for the HOF y'all acting like that isn't the top 3 goals of a NFL player:

1) Super Bowl Ring
2) Massive Contract
3) HOF

Does it though? That’s not putting money in his pocket if he isn’t putting up numbers and be used against him and his legacy.
Gotta have those conversations in private. Airing out dirty laundry when winning will never boost your Q-score.

At least wait until a bad loss and then be like "we have to air it out more because XYZ." Having the rep of caring more about stats than team success is a rep you don't want.

Iggles need AJ to keep defenses honest but until a team is good enough to force them to throw........

I bet Dak would feed him :sas2: :lolbron:

I mean, yeah they are winning, but he has his super bowl ring. If you are WR1 of your team and in the 2nd half, your "elite" quarterback goes 0 for 8, you'd be frustrated too. These players, especially wide receivers, care about individual stats/accolades as well.

As a matter of fact, I don't think Philly gained much, if any yds running or passing the ball in the 2nd half, so this is bigger than Jalen Hurts getting him the ball. Whoever is calling the plays is the #1 culprit. Tampa Bay has a good defense, but not THAT good

This is so wild hearing everyone defend AJ Brown when Terrell Owens was obliterated for being upset when he wasn’t targeted AFTER losses

Cacs always want wideouts to turn into pro bowl offensive tackles when they ain’t getting the ball
Did this dude ever play football before? Does he know how hard it is to block smaller guys in space if they are already going in one direction?

I got him on my fantasy team and I'll be 2-2. I'm still holding for now in case he gets traded

I'm not sold on the Chiefs going back to the Super Bowl. Their two wins are against the Giants (which they didn't pull off as easily as expected), and the Ravens in the middle of an all time bad luck stretch for them. They still struggle to run the ball, and their receiving corp is still shaky.

The Rams aren't a bad team, but if we're being honest, the Eagles really shouldn't need multiple blocked kicks to win the game, and even then, they only got back into it once they opened up the passing game.

Divisional rival or not, that Cowboys defense is basically the Monopoly go square, and the Eagles are actually the team that scored the LEAST against them so far.

The Buccaners were mostly in that game from fluky long touchdowns, but they're also not a terrible team. But also a team that shouldn't have been that close.

In each case, they didn't pull away from their opponent because their offense is too conservative for long stretches. It's be different if this was a case of them obviously working around a lack of talent, but they easily have the talent to stomp teams out the way they did the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. They just aren't choosing to do it, for whatever reason.

He got 2 of the 3 fam...

Id understand if he was borderline getting waived so he gotta produce..

He has at least 2 more years before he gotta worry like that.

And TBH..

He's NOT a hall of famer...

Maybe Hall of VERY GOOD..
But..
I can name a ton of cats from the 2000s that's way better and probably not getting in the Hall..

Eric Moulds
Steve Smith
Hines Ward
Ocho
shyt.. OBJ is ranked higher to me

Blah blah all those teams would be considered contenders if the Eagles hadn’t beaten them.

Even Dallass considering they just tied “Super Bowl favorite” Green Bay.

I get being frustrated......but it looks tacky as fukk to talk like this after winning a SB and being undefeated, 1/4 of the way during your title defense.
Hes a receiver, winning another ring wont add much to his individual legacies. Winning multiple rings is for QBs and coaches

When your a skill position player, the stats and accolades matter
