Soon wr's will be like rbs as in you don't pay them a lot of money unless they are top tier and replace with cheaper talent.
There are probably a few rookoe recievers that can replicate his production, he doesn't have any "elite" years under his belt and his leg injury concerns....why pay a dude 25 mil per when you can get the same production out of a rookie? Especially considering tennesse offenseAJ Brown is younger than some of the people who will be in this draft
If you going give any of these WRs that kinda money it's the one that still has upside and his prime ahead of him
Good pick up by the eagles
Jalen aint worth it imoUmm dak prescott? Russell Wilson?. In any event this seems like a move for the next qb, jalen hasn't shown nearly enough to build around him.
The other team![]()

A LOT of the receivers taken in the first round these past few years have been really good. Its becoming a plug and play position.Naw, too many first pick wr’s bust

Daunte Culpepper??Jalen Hurts is the first black qb Ive seen have great weapons at WR building around him.

Daunte Culpepper??
Randy Moss, Cris Carter, Jake Reed and Robert Smith for 2 years. Then he had Moas for 3 more years with Nate Burleson,.and he had Mount McKinnie and I.believe Matt Birk.and Michael Bennett. We werent discussing the length, just the quality of weapons. He only had Cris Carter for 2 years I think, and yeah he put up wack numbers, considering.
Either Jalen makes the necessary strides as a passer in 2022 and takes advantage of the loaded wagon he's been given - or they use their two 2023 first round picks to either move up for a QB or trade for next offseasons Stafford, Russ, Watson, etc.I think a lot of people feel AJ Brown is a top 10 WR talent but since he plays in a run first offense his production doesn't look like it.
The Eagles are thinking that AJ is going to look like a superstar in this offense. The problem is that I don't know if Hurts will be the right QB for this vision, it's unclear.
