During New Japan Pro Wrestling’s World Tag League 2014 event last night from the Zentsuji Citizen Gymnasium in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, AJ Styles botched his Styles Clash finisher on Satoshi Kojima. Below are photos of the move, and as we have been noting, there are those in the pro wrestling world who have been urging Styles to stop using the move as a result of recurring injuries.

AJ's becoming "The New Crippler".

Kind of sucks because he's been doing the Styles Clash for years. It's known and there are so many transitions into it, so it'd kind of suck to change it now. He's about to be too old to be pulling out that springboard 450 every match and people have too much pride to be tapping to the Calf Killer every time he goes over. That's a tricky position to be in.

I just watched the match he had with Kyle O'Reilly (really good match, btw) and saw the "Hollow Point" (Ganso Bomb) for the first time. That's INFINITELY worse. He's also been using Devitt's "Bloody Sunday" (Bullet Club associaiton) as well and even THAT can be dangerous. Dude's about to have people shook.

Hollow Point (2:56)
GREAT Sequence (2:24-2:47)

He wrestled in TNA for a decade and didn't kill anybody with that move...spends a year in Japan and got a long ass list of broken necks in his wake.
This, AJ need to have a class on how to take this move cause its like a new person I'm hearing every other week getting their neck broken by this
