Just talked to my friend about this. She feels the McMahons need to stop feeding their egos.

Take HHH and Shane out of the equation, you have Seth and AJ left.

They could have had a match on the basis of "best of each brand too good to be left off WrestleMania," and it would have worked.

You could have continued Steph vs. Shane on the sidelines (in their roles as commissioners), and built up to HHH/Seth at SS.

I still haven't even seen Seth/HHH. It's just indulgence.

Can't front, I was pleasantly surprised that I came around for this. I figured Shane would show out, but I was bitter going into it because I figured it was part of a vanity tour where Shane was trying to wrestle his favorites before he got too old.

He did well, and the match was good...and not just b/c AJ's the best on the planet. Shane always brings that big match vibe.

I think I got annoyed at him when he put himself in position to get destroyed at Survivor Series on some "quit while you're ahead" shyt, but all's forgiven.

Shane match was the bigger spotlight, title match was absolute garbage and now aj is made with McMahon blood
