Sign him to NXT and let him work other promotions. Dont see why that would be an issue.

Him being a free agent is a bit of a reach. NJ only sign gaijin to one year deals no matter what (Jan-Jan) and he's never been signed to ROH. He's said he's open to a Joe type deal, but they'd probably have to bend even more for him and still be allowed to work NJPW.

To be brutally honest, I would enjoy people like Styles and Aries staying in NXT and working there. It's a better show and better managed at this point than Raw/main roster.
Judging by the responses in this forum to a hypothetical AJ Styles - WWE deal, I want him to sign.
