He's not responding because he knows it's bullshyt. Even if he beats his wife or his son is Dave Free's how the hell is he going to prove that. We all know nobody on his camp will say anything on it. There's no police report or anything on his wife getting beat by him. The only thing that could be true is that they could have split up and Drake and his team probably created and fabricated a story about it. Kendrick seems like the type who probably doesn't care to address it because he knows it's bullshyt and people are going to create there own narratives on if he beats his wife or not.

Exactly. Addressing allegations like this in a diss record looks and sounds crazy. Especially for 1/3rd of the song. Maybe 1 or 2 bars dismissing and moving on. And even then, I don’t like it.

Do it for a bar or two, he did it the worst possible way and it kind of ruined the impact he would've had with this song. He was still floating on it, but most of the talk surrounding it how much he fumbled and seemed defensive.
