Possible but celebrities purchase property through LLCs often for anonymity. It's also a tax thing. He technically works at home, and his home is a place of business (streaming, content, etc). LLC allows him to avoid double taxation (business and private). There are negatives to doing this as well but I'd imagine the high taxes in New Jersey may have made this worthwhile from his perspective.

Most likely explanation is pretty normal.
