I don't remember ever seeing this video. I know they said Von pressed him, was it actually self defense?
It was a dirty ass form of self defense, but it was definitely legal self defense. He shot dude from behind as he was beating on his homie unprovoked.
Quando Rondo didn't even know it was smoke like that til he was on the ground and Quando didn't command his homie to shoot him, he just did it off GP.

If this is so and they are dropping his charges altogether, The State is getting this wrong. You can't "self-defense" with lethal force if there is no lethal threat, especially if you aren't threatened...
But there are all kinda loopholes in the game if you either have a good lawyer, weak prosecution, or you know how to hunt the loopholes and mine the nuanced grey areas. In a case like this as described, I'd expect reduced charges probably but dropping altogether is gonna get someone at the DA office suspended, demoted, or fired...
He already tried thathow long before he drops some music, this probably make him a star on the drill scene

Sorry if I left out the part where King Von was with a gang of dudes. Quando appeared to be alone and/or lacking in general. But he was in front of an SUV that Lul Timm happened to be chillin in at the time. Von and them weren't aware of Lul Timm til after the fact.

Okay this makes more sense on Tim getting off now. It's still a case that isn't quite self-defense because he wasn't defending himself. But you can beat a case like this on some "good Samaritan protecting others shyt", even though in most cases you'd still probably have reduced charges...Technically, getting jumped is a lethal threat
