According to these reports, Mr. Denkins had a fence betw him and the cops. They were not in danger and it sounds like no one else was, other than any bystanders when the cops decide to empty their clips in public.

So yes he may have broken several laws but even in the wild west sheriff couldn't shoot unless the criminal drew first or was a threat.

Unless he had a DoA warrant out. Is that how you agents for the police want a return to.

I'm surprised it took cac'd out ass RPD this long to do something like this. I have had more than a handful of incidents with them (being harassed or pulled over for no reason).

Have heard countless tales of brutality and crooked charges.

They, and the Cary PD(small suburb of Raleigh) are some of the most racist pricks I've ever encountered as police departments.
