Them inheriting the Devil Gene from Gouki's dark hadou and passing it down to them if he was already fully embracing the Dark Hadou. Heihachi doesnt have the devil gene and Jinpachi is actually possessed, not self-derived like Kazuya/Jin so it makes "story sense".
