Dude is a professional ambulance chaser. He may have done good in the past but right now all he does is blame white people for shyt. How about we work on AIDs awareness in our community, black on black crime, getting our felons jobs, etc.

Al works on all these things what are u talking about? particularly getting felons jobs and protecting their rights as citizens. It was part of his platform when he ran for president.
If it wasn't for al sharpton the travon case would have still been a regional forgotten case. It didn't get attention until 2 months afterwards

Not to mention many other cases that his organizations have forced people to pay attention to. Also, there are tragedies and causes they handle everyday with no cameras, with no publicity. They are on the streets.. u can't take that from Sharpton. He gets beat over the head for getting in front of cameras and being wrong about a couple cases in 30 years... Aight, he'll take that and still wont be forgotten in history for his contributions.

Don't get me wrong... I have 3 registered firearm and I'm down for the cause if our backs get thrown against the wall... But I feel like sometimes the Sharptons and Jacksons aren't good for race relations, and I have a hard time cosigning these dudes as my personal representative just because we share the same skin color......
They don't attempt to speak for all black people or be ur personal representatives. However, those who criticize, for the most part, aren't dedicating their lives to racial justice or black causes.
