Oregon didnt become a powerhouse until the 2000s. I don't consider really consider the a program with all that much "tradition."

Did you really put Arkansas up in there? Beating Oregon is not saying anything either. Everybody knows they are choke artist Neither team are on that UF, LSU, and Bama level. Those teams pretty much do rotation on being on top.
