so does ole miss for that matter

Oregon didnt become a powerhouse until the 2000s. I don't consider really consider the a program with all that much "tradition."

Ole Dixie last conf champ was 63. At least Oregon got one in the 90s. Oregon being competitive the last 15 years is way better the Ole miss and Baylor bum asses.

Oregon is probably the most over rated and hyped teams in modern college football. You couldn't find a fan before 2009, because they were bums. They disappoint every year. They got no chips, and probably won't get one no time soon.

Ole Miss is just that SEC bias crap. They ever over ranked. SEC really only has UF, Bama, and LSU. Those are the only teams that are consistent winners. I think the rest over rated. Especially Georgia.

Did you really put Arkansas up in there? :troll: Beating Oregon is not saying anything either. Everybody knows they are choke artist:upsetfavre: Neither team are on that UF, LSU, and Bama level. Those teams pretty much do rotation on being on top.
Yes I do put Arkansas up there for that particular season. Mallet had them being one of the best teams in the country. And I brought up Arkansas and Oregon because those bowl gams were much more recent than the games you brought up almost a decade ago. As far as your last sentence,it proves you either or going strickly on name recognition or you haven't been watching college football in years. UF hasn't been on Oregon's level in years:mjlol:

I guess you missed the part when I said they rotate being on top. No team is on top for long in modern day. Oregon wished they had UF rotation. Nobody was jocking Oregon before 2009.

So you're saying that programs like Oregon,TCU,and Baylor can't make good hires and become top programs because they lack history? And you continue to put stock in games that happened almost a decade ago?

History repeats itself with those teams. I mean damn, haven't said teams been around just as long? What have they done? What do they do now? None of them could handle those big boy teams. I mean really. Baylor was supposed to wash UCF in the bowl game last year and ended up getting washed. :rudy:

I think they hype some teams up a little too much. :sas2:
