Biden and the Dems should start looking into Section 2 of the 14th Amendment if they refuse to create it. It was ratified explicitly after the CW to combat discriminatory practices. It's there. Use it. Repubs damn sure would.

The courts already took that responsibility from Alabama and will redraw their congressional map lol
