Unfortunately a lot of teachers are not passionate about the job its just a check and a gig with all holidays plus summers off. My cousin is a teacher and the amount of racist staff is crazy.

White teachers fresh out getting a job because of nepotism in the rich districts but the ones who end up in the ghetto schools take it out on the minority kids. Writing them up n shyt. Calling out all the time and basically caring about them barely passing to keep the budget afloat

Teachers are humans too. It's natural to want to vent and talk shyt to take some of the stress out of the job or to laugh away the pain. Doesn't mean they are lesser teachers. To me as long as their thoughts aren't acted out in the classroom I see no problem with the teachers talking shyt to each other in the group chat. Calling em nikkas I ain't cool with obviously.

The one who let the student use her phone needs to be fired just for her stupidity.

I honestly don't know one person who doesn't shyt talk the people they're teaching/treating/serving occasionally, lol. From teachers to physicians/nurses to drivers/waiters and whoever else; Mad mf's kick shyt like this all the time, even more so when you black cuz you know we known for jones'ing.
