It was like that with me so I just converted all the tracks to AAC, deleted the old ones, and now its

That's because the files are marked as "Read-Only." Go to the folder where have the files saved and select all of the mp3 files. Right-click and then select "properties." When the small window come up, look for "attributes." Uncheck the "Read-only" option and you should be good when trying to edit the files.
