production wise and song writing wise. the game needs cole fakkit.

The game doesn't need cole. Cole needs to step his shyt up...cause its borderline trash. Without the Roc cosign he ain't doing shyt.

He needs to stop producing his shyt.

He also needs to stop thinking he's some conscious dude...when hes not.

man...moreover...hes just corny. Its not even about "song writing" his best song is powertrip and even that is BARELY meeting the bar for what he claims to be capable of.

J Cole embodies what's so corny about the new rappity rappers. I have more respect for Chief Keefs weak shyt than Coles weak shyt.

Let Nas Down is an all time low.

I thought J Cole's album was good, still going with The Maven - K-Rino as the best of 2013 so far though. However mainstream wise J Cole got a shot.

Lmao nikkas actually think LongLiveAsap was anywhere close to album of the year? That doo doo fest has like 5 good songs

Trap Lord was wayyyy better than that shyt

As for AOTY it's The Gifted easily. Better lyrically, sonically and conceptually than all other
Mainstream releases this year.

Runner ups though gotta give Wolf, Trap Lord, TrapHouse 3 & Stay Trippy a nod

Cole for me, has the best rap album so far. It has stayed in heavy rotation for me(MCHG is a close 2). It is close to AOTY also, but I am still playing Woodkids Golden Age pretty regularly. And that came out in march.
