@Ciggavelli I was really hyped for The Book of David, but that shyt was kind of a letdown IMO. It's got a couple of good tracks, but it doesn't have much replayability it seems. Nobody and Do Today is dope though.

@Ciggavelli I was really hyped for The Book of David, but that shyt was kind of a letdown IMO. It's got a couple of good tracks, but it doesn't have much replayability it seems. Nobody and Do Today is dope though.

Fair enough. I guess I just really liked it sonically. I really only disliked one or two tracks. It had that nice laid back desert feel, which was exactly the vibe I wanted when living in Phoenix at the time

I feel that. I was really hoping for a Rhythm-Al-lism type vibe, but it almost seems like he mixed in a bit of all his albums on that. Did you like BlaQKout?

I remember reading up on them before I started listening (they was getting critical acclaim from all the non-major blogs and critics at the time), this writer was like if Ish actually said the same shyt over some MMG sounding production, it might go over instantly. lol
