If you like a song it’s not Filler and if you don’t it is?
I think for hip hop, "filler" 9 times out of ten just means the song is wack.
Filler can also mean when a song doesn't further the theme or narrative of an album...or throws off the feel of an album.

Overall I guess a song that isn’t needed
Why? A song that is perfect at 12 tracks, but the label says it has to be at least 13, so a 13th track is added that doesn’t fit the rest of the album quality wise..isn’t that a filler track?
