Trader Joe's is just a marketing scheme IMO. It's in the lane of a discount Whole Foods, but Aldi has just as many organic products but is usually in less influential neighborhoods. It has a stigma and someone told me that's where people with food stamps shop :hhh:. What an idiot. Somehow Trader Joe's has more selection but less stuff that I want lol. Except their dried fruits and veggies, I wish aldi would stock that stuff.

Aldi private label product is the same stuff that's in the name brand bags at regular grocery stores. I guess they just don't mark it up as much.

My brother and I were just talking about this place the other day. He sent me so photos of groceries when he goes shopping there to show me some of their products and prices.

Man he swears by this place, and likes it better than some of the mainstream markets in his town.

May have to check this place out. :patrice:

Yep I been shopping there for years. Remember it as a kid growing up in Chicago.

Been talking to some homies of mine about looking into opening up a aldi franchise. They keep their costs low because they usually only have few workers and the stores are small.

Can you franchise aldi? I don't think they do franchising. I could be wrong though.
