Incident happened in February...Randle WASNT EVEN CHARGED...

Arrested for drug charges...charges dropped due to lack of evidence...
At the same time arrested for domestic violence...charges dropped due to lack of evidence...
Plays several games and then gets suspended for 4...
So he got arrested...but their was not enough evidence of anything to convict him of anything...but he got suspended for doing something wrong...but the police couldn't even get enough evidence together to charge him...with anything...

If you follow this situation, the 49ers tried with this guy for years.
This isn't like Aldon's first issue and now he is suspended for a year, their has been plenty attempts to help this person.
