I read that the person responsible for the prop weapons was using the gun for target practice before the scene.One one hand.. I can buy the idea that a real bullet should be the furthest thing from a movie prop. That a movie person that's been a movie person all their lives would never expect a real gun on a movie set. I've read that they had other mishandlings that start to shoot holes in that premise (don't.. dare.. think about.. asking..).
On the other hand, if it would have been Raheem the black stage hand the cops would prolly shoot his ass on the scene, nevermind let him off legally.
If that's true then they're the one's who should be charged for manslaughter. Alec Baldwin might have to take some responsibly for being the film producer and allowing unsafe practices on the set.
