I hope this has some Luther tv-show vibes with sick twisted Batman-level villains of the week, with the overarching story in the back drop.

That flavor of storytelling has potential in the states.

Also, i gotta give Amazon some props for giving brehs shine in well-to-big budged non-alphabet roles. This, Fallout, and of course the Peripheral which had a lot of potential before being cancelled due to the writer's strike. And outside of that suspect line in ep 1, Gen V was another with a strong breh role (RIP to him).

They certainly have. And I hate The Peripheral got cancelled. Show had a lot of potential and had some great ideas and effects. They were still world building in season 1 but it had some great sci Fi elements and a story that had me realize intrigued.
