fukk sake, Alex Tha Kid is extremely hit and miss, I'm actually struggling to think of a track he produced for Em that was more than just aiite. I hoped Dre and Rick were gonna handle all of the production :snoop:

Rick Rubin also exec-produced Yeezus but had very little to do with that album......I took it with a grain of salt when I read of his involvement on MMLP2

I don't know what to think about this. I can't stand "Love The Way You Lie". The combination of the production, Rihanna, and Em screaming = unlistenable. Now B.o.B.'s "Airplanes II" feat. Eminem is possibly the best of the Alex Da Kid/Eminem collabos. There's also "I Need A Doctor" which would've served best as an Eminem song featuring Dre anyway. That song is better than "Love The Way You Lie", but that's not saying much.

I thought "I Need A Doctor" was the best Alex Da Kid production of his collaborations with the Shady camp......you right in saying its more of an Em song. It would have fit perfectly on Recovery.....in fact Ill even go as far as saying, replace Love The Way You Lie with that track and Id give it another half a mic (Im being generous)

:why:

Production has been such a disaster after Relapse, and this dude is one of the reasons why. Also Just Blaze with his shameless What is Love sampling. fukk this, I was hoping Rick Rubin would bring the production down to simple beats that fit Em best, now we're getting this post Carter 3 bubblegum bullshyt again.

did anyone really think this eminem album wouldn't be the worst shyt ever again. I mean if i was selling like 3 times as much as even Drake and Wayne, I wouldn't give a fukk what people thought or even I myself liked this shyt. Just stick with the formula.

He sold over 80 million records, and before Encore and the drug problems it was all about the music. '01 Eminem would be disgusted by Pink and Rihanna collabo's. He clearly doesn't care anymore and just does whatever Interscope wants of him. I don't know how many albums he has left on his contract, but this is shaping up to be nothing more than fulfilling that and make as much money as possible in the progress.

Or change cause of the age range in my fan base
Like I give a fukk who's buying this shyt
Quit fukking buying it
I'm tired bytch, I'm dying to quit

Hip-hop is universal now, it's all commercial now
It's like a circle full of circus clowns up in the circuit now [/quote]

This was almost 15 years ago, look at him now.

In all honesty I don't think either song from mmlp2 is that bad and know very few people who do.

I guess this will be one of those albums that is shyt on by the coli but goes on to be very successful.

you're average white person or most Eminem fans are reluctant to admit or just rarely accept Eminem makes terrible music and it's always going to sell...rap music for Nickelback fans.

If you were righteously checking for Eminem in 2013, I just assumed you accepted and somewhat enjoyed that Alex Da Kid/Skylar Grey "On the next very special episode of Gossip Girl" Massengill Music type of post-linkin park pop bullsh!t :manny: ...it's pretty much that and as somebody else described as "NBA playoff promo commercial background music" with loud rippity rapping with convoluted punchlines as all you're getting from Em at this point
