simple question... can anyone confirm or deny anything alex jones says in the video? all personal biases aside, has anyone actually taken the time to dissect his so-called supporting documentation? as convenient as it may be, all of this information cannot be disregarded as quackery simply because it comes from alex jones. the information itself must be analyze and cross-checked for verification.
and i'll admit i havent done deep research on this specific set of topics so im not agreeing or disagreeing with what jones is saying. im simply pointing out that we have to be more disciplined in our approach to research and skepticism.
in addition, being incorrect in one instance does not mean being incorrect in all instances. just like being correct in one instance does not mean being correct in all instances. so in this regard not only do we need to judge the information on its merits in total, but we must also consider each individual point on its own merit.
thats if we want to be thorough.
but if we just want to generalize and we're not interested in potential truth, then yes insulting one liners and smilies is the way to go.
