If I'm remembering correctly, there's are plenty of examples of grappling and powerful kicks.
Enter The Dragon - Throws and submissions vs Sammo in opening scene.
Game of Death - Ground work throughout the levels of the tower. Hit Kareem with that triangle arm choke.
Pretty sure there's a scissor leg take down in one of these movies too.
There's no doubt that his kicks throughout his movies and sparing footage are ridiculous in both power and speed. Kicks that can easily be adapted for the leg. There's footage on how Bruce used his low kicks (and kicks in general) both offensively, and also provide space and set up counters.
