I think season 2 of this was better than squid game season 2 if i’m being honest

GOT PAST EP2.
I GOTTA GET BACK ON MY NETFLIX WAVE.

This is not a wild opinion at all.
I had no idea what was going on in the zombie card game episode 
And at times I forgot what the actual story is supposed to be
But overall enjoyable watch

I agree, the card game made sense near the end of the game. But how they explained it earlier in the episode was made confusing. But the game was simple.

Off the rip it would have been better for everyone to just become zombies. And you could control the numbers better that way. But humans are righteous paranoid people so it made sense to wait as long as possible to become a zombie because some goofy is going to try to run around thinking he could kill them all. And there just flat out not enough shotguns when it gets to a point.
If you go to a game cafe or have those home games, every hidden identity game plays out the same way. The good guys argue with everybody trying to prove that they're good guys and accuse everybody else. Then the bad guys just play the background and watch good guys implode.
