This was Layne's final televised appearance, wearing a long-sleeve shirt to hide the Heroin scars. Just having a sadness over him, as he knows how bad the addiction is, and he is depressed that it's got him bad and his bandmates looking at him.
Plus the song is about Addiction, along with the song they relate the most with him; Great person that was just caught by the sickness he would never escape.

grunge wise i only really fukked with soundgarden and nirvana til you put me on
i liked them bones by AIC (it was on an madden ea sports sound track back then) but couldnt get into them. then i think yoou showed me "Would?"

no joke, your posts been kinda melancholy as of late....
im not big on em but they have some great riffs and vocal harmonies. the dirt album has some creepy songs 
I used to play that song back to back to back haha. Listening to grunge and thrash hold special memories for me but at the same time I was depressed at that period so it's hard for me to go back to their songs without remembering
Favorite grunge group by far. Got that MTV Unplugged vinyl in the collection in mint condition that’s going for $3-500 right now. The sound quality and mastering for a vinyl album is unreal…
