Xenomorphs supposed to be Lovecraftian cosmic horror killing machines brehs. The "pet xeno" had me laughing

I'm not one of those Alien 1 snobs that think the xeno needs to go back to always being in the dark and never shown fully on screen, but man...it's just so much less intimidating when it's right beside 2 human beings and not tearing them to shreds, and being whistled at and spoken to by a synthetic.

I'm still enjoying the show but it feels like it's kinda gone the route of how I felt watching a lot of other Disney+ shows (I don't mean that as a compliment).

Aliens is my favorite movie ever and I'm always gonna love the franchise and watch everything they do, but I just had to say that

I've seen Alien and Aliens over 400 times I know literally word for word "Aliens" I'm digging this it's far from perfect but maybe just maybe Alien shouldn't be a TV show. Would you make a "The Blob" TV show?

I don't hate the idea of it being a tv show, and it has a ton of good ideas, but I just think they made so many of the fukking characters idiots. I can suspend my disbelief but there's been some insanely moronic behavior this season

X files might be my fav TV show of all time after the Twilight Zone. X files had hella continuity issues. Let alone Skully seeing some unexplainable bullshyt and trying to ascribe it to some religious or rational bs. I give shows way more rope than I would a self contained story

This show should have done without including the Xenomorph and all them stupid ass kids/hybrids. Worst part of the show by far. They all can die and I wouldn't care less. Wendy makes no sense. She killed a Xeno 1v1 but but can't handle a bunch of soldiers that aren't allowed to kill her. The other aliens are interesting enough. You don't need the Xenomorph. Could have introduced it at the end of the finale with the baby Xeno on the loose if they needed to put it in the show. They jumped the shark and turned Xeno into Blue the raptor. This classic terrifying monster is now a friendly sidekick with a heart. FOH.

It makes sense for Xenomorphs to behave differently when they are on a full planet, compared to an isolated space ship, but a pet? Come on.

They either don’t want to shoot their own or don’t want to shoot one of the hybrids. We won’t know until next episode if the damage from the “taser” is catastrophic or not.

I got one more for you. I'm watching earlier eps yutani corps offers 20 billion dollars for the specimens and he's well within his rights to hold them for 6 months. And she offered him 50 billion dollars to get them back immediately. If you can throw that type of money around negotiating. Why not just go to war?
