It's written by morons and stupid choices are pretty much the only thing moving the plot forward. Am I enjoying watching it? Yes. Do I think it's a good show? Absolutely not.
But I can't take The Critical Drinker seriously, because he's an unserious person, and when he's critiques aren't problematic, they're also often just incorrect. He frequently tries to criticize plot points in movies that he doesn't even understand.
My problems aren't with anyone trashing this show, but anytime I see a Critical Drinker vid pop up, I feel obligated to say my piece.
